We are really pleased to have finished transferring our bookshop from our old website. We’ve added new titles, and made it easier to browse by themes as well – whether your interest is theology, church politics or biblical scholarship — or if you just want to be inspired by other people’s life stories or find moral support in our section on combating religion-based homophobia.
And whether you’re a lay member of a congregation or a bloke with a mitre, we also have a good selection of books on coming out generally, and coming out in church in particular, which is our front-page feature this month.
We welcome suggestions from readers about new books – and older books that we’ve missed – especially if you’ve found them personally inspiring and helpful. Do please make use of the comment section under each book to let other readers know what you found worthwhile.
Michael Arditti’s Easter is currently ploughing a lonely furrow as the only book in our fiction section – what else should we add?
I trust that through fictions the real world is further explained. I am of the opinion that members should be given the opportunity to donate to this section through their short and long stories. This is a beautiful work, and I believe the mind of the humans connected to this, in one way or the other can do more. Trust me.
